CLOSING DETAILS





The Claud Road Estate will begin closing on Tuesday, June 10 at 7:00 PM.


Items will close in a staggered, soft-close format, meaning each lot will close a few seconds apart, and extended bidding will occur if a bid is placed in the final moments—giving everyone a fair chance to bid.


We recommend placing your maximum bids early to ensure you don't miss out as the auction wraps up.

PICKUP / CHECKOUT

Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 11:30 AM until 5:30 PM.

2616 Claud Road, White Hall, AR 71602


Please bring any help, equipment, or packing materials you may need for loading your purchases. Our team is unable to assist with lifting or loading heavy items. All items must be picked up during the scheduled time—no exceptions.​



PAYMENT INFORMATION





All winning bidders will receive an invoice by email shortly after the auction ends. Payment is due in full at time of pickup.


We accept cash, credit / debit cards, and approved checks. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price. ​
