Bidding for this auction will begin closing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM (CST).
Lots will close in a staggered, soft-close format—meaning each item will close a few seconds apart. If a bid is placed in the final moments, the countdown will reset to give all bidders a fair opportunity to respond. To avoid missing out, we recommend placing your maximum bids early.

Checkout & Pickup
Checkout and pickup for this auction will take place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Directions to Auction Site:
From the intersection of I-530 and Hwy 63 near Chick-fil-A in Pine Bluff, travel south on Hwy 63 for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 54 East toward Glendale. Continue for 3.5 miles on Hwy 54E. The auction site will be on the right side, located at the intersection of Rodgers Road and Hwy 54, just before entering the New Hope Community.
Please come prepared with any help, equipment, or packing materials needed to load your items, as our staff will not be available to assist with lifting or loading.
All purchases must be picked up during the designated time — there will be additional time for removal of portable buildings and conex container.
Payment Information
All winning bidders will receive an invoice via email shortly after the auction concludes. Payment in full is required at the time of pickup. Please be aware that a 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid amount.
