​The Multi-Estate U.S. Bankruptcy Online Auction will begin closing on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 7:00 PM.


Lots will close using a staggered, soft-close format, meaning if a bid is placed in the final seconds, that lot’s countdown will extend—giving everyone a fair chance to bid.


We recommend placing your maximum bids early to avoid missing out.

PICKUP / CHECKOUT





​Thursday, June 12, 2025 – By Appointment Only


Pickup is by appointment and must be completed on the scheduled day. Buyers will receive pickup instructions and location details on their invoice after the auction ends.


Please bring any tools, equipment, or assistance needed for removing your items. Staff will not be available to assist with loading. All items must be picked up by the end of the scheduled day.



PAYMENT INFORMATION





Invoices will be emailed shortly after the auction closes. Payment is due in full at time of pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made.


We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved checks. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid on each item.
